Leading R & D on Clean Coal Technology(CCT) in China, CCTEG has become the CCT innovation base of the State and made great progress and achievements in clean coal production, environmental protection, energy saving and coal chemical technology, as well as pulverized coal-fired boiler, coal carbonation material, coal to liquids, catalytic hydrogenation coal tar, coal slurry gasification, coal liquefaction, mine gas development and utilization, accelerated technology of converting low rank coal to high efficient coal.

Beijing Research Institute of Coal Chemistry of CCTEG has focused its business on R & D on technology and equipment and services, including economical analysis and cyclic economy, consulting of CCT, conversion technology, coal liquefaction, gasification, carbonization, active carbon, coal water slurry. In addition, quality test, control for coal & coal products like coke and active carbon , design and equipment configurations are also included.

  1. High-functional Additive Technique for Low Rank Coal Water Slurry

High-functional Additive Technique for Low Rank Coal Water Slurry is suitable for high concentration coal-water slurry fuel and gasification preparation.

   

 

  1. Environmental Protection Technology and Equipment of Energy-Saving and Emissions Reduction

CCTEG has played a leading role in the field of energy-saving, emissions reduction and environmental protection in the Coal Industry of China. The only professional environmental research institution in China’s coal industry was set up in CCTEG, mainly engaged in coal mine water treatment and resource utilization, energy-saving and emissions reduction, industrial waste water and gas treatment technology research.

 

  1. High-Efficient Pulverized Coal-Fired Industrial Boiler System

This series has two types of a totalized 14 products. The system are developed to provide heating for plants and residential areas in winter, and to provide process steam for plants. The system has been upgraded from the traditional highly-polluted and highly-energy-consuming system, becoming an ideal substitute for oil and gas boilers.

Environmental Impact Assessment and Treatment Technology are comprised of environmental impact assessment for construction projects and planning, environmental reviews, soil and water conservation program development, land reclamation program development, environmental protection and recovery management for mining geology, enterprise environmental protection, energy saving and cyclic economy planning.

Comprehensive Monitoring System of Wastewater includes servers, exchange boards, fiber optic modules, routers, Ethernet communication modules, printers, projectors, and main monitor unit, etc. Its function is to achieve centralized remote scheduling and controlling management for mine water purification processing and further treatment, sewage treatment and water supply of cold water, fire water and water from Wellhead, etc.
